Allow 1–2 business days
Orders placed Monday to Saturday are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During Deepavali and wedding seasons, preparation may take a little longer. We’ll notify you if anything changes.

Delivery questions
Courier delivery schedules vary by area. Processing pauses on Sundays and public holidays, while some courier partners may still deliver on Saturdays.
The courier will normally attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions. Use the tracking link for the latest update.
Check the tracking link first. If there has been no update for 48 hours, contact our support team with your order number.
